These terms apply to anyone using the TRANCE-BUX website (www.trance-bux.com) ("the Website") whether as a visitor, member or advertiser.
You are not able to use the Website for any purpose if you do not accept these terms. By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.

• 2.1 You may have only one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. Accounts are not transferable. • 2.2 We reserve the right to refuse you as a member at the outset or at any time without notice or justification.

• 5.6 Instant payments for upgraded members from second payment request via Payza! AFTER YOUR FIRST CASHOUT YOU MUST WAIT TO RECEIVE IT and AFTER THAT you must send support ticket with your IP address to be eligible to receive your next cashouts instantly via AlertPay because we have IP filter for instant payments!
• 5.7 To be eligible to receive payments you must provide minimum 1000 personal clicks in any 30 day period (only for upgraded members)! Members who don't met this requirement of activity their cashouts will be pending until become active members! Cashouts from members with ZERO CLICKS IN ANY 30 DAY PERIOD WILL BE CANCELED! REFUND POLICY
• 6.1 Purchases for upgrades are refundable up to 24 hours after payment!!! Request for refunds must be send in support ticket via link SUPPORT if you want to be refunded for your purchased upgrade up to 24 hours!!! Charge back, disputes or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account suspention or termination, ban and deletion of your account!
• 6.2 Purchases via add funds button are non-refundable! Purchases for advertising are non-refundable! Charge back, disputes or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account suspention or termination, ban and deletion of your account!
• 6.3 We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
TERMS SPECIFIC TO ADVERTISERS
• 7.1 To advertise with us you must add funds in your purchase balance. Purchase balance can be used ONLY for purchase advertisings and renting referrals.
• 7.2 Members and advertisers can advertise only with added funds via accepted payment processors!
• 7.3 We will, subject to compliance with these terms, display any advertisement accepted by us on the Website. We reserve the right to reject or withdraw your advertisement at any time, with or without justification, even after we have approved your advertisement.
• 7.4 You warrant to us that all copy complies with the standards set by the Advertising Standards Authority and that no content will breach any third party intellectual property rights or be illegal, immoral, offensive or defamatory. You also warrant that all material you upload to the Website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse or similar thing and will not materially adversely affect the normal operation of any software or hardware of ours or of any visitor to our Website. You agree to indemnify us (on a full indemnity basis) against any costs claims and liability arising from any breach of this warranty. You are advised to ensure that before you upload anything other than text to the Website, you make sure it has been passed through up-to-date virus preventing software.
• 7.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that your website is functional and has the capacity to handle the volume of clicks we refer. The timer within each advertisement frame continues irrespective of whether your website is functional or not.
